Residential Complex Maintenance Technician

Workplace: Residential apartment complex (4 building entrances)

Responsibilities:

• carrying out minor repair and maintenance work throughout the residential complex;
• replacing light bulbs, electrical outlets, and switches;
• troubleshooting and repairing minor electrical issues;
• maintaining and cleaning the jacuzzi;
• performing minor repairs to doors, locks, handles, and furniture;
• replacing plumbing components (faucets, traps, and seals);
• monitoring the technical condition of common areas;
• carrying out general maintenance tasks and keeping the property clean and well-maintained.

Requirements:

• experience in general maintenance and minor repair work;
• SEP electrical certification (Polish electrical qualifications) is an advantage;
• if you do not have SEP certification, we will help you obtain it at the employer’s expense;
• responsibility, independence, and attention to detail.
