- Extract from the health card.
- Certificate of temporary incapacity for work.
- Application for compensation payment.
How to obtain benefits in the event of an accident at work?
The employee must submit an application for compensation payment to their employer. The employer is obliged to consider the employee’s application within 14 days of the date of submission. In the event of a positive decision, the employer is obliged to pay the employee compensation within 30 days of the date of the decision.
